Jami Cassady – Melany Jane Cassady Ratto, is the middle child of Neal and Carolyn Cassady. She has been married to Randy Ratto for 47 years… . They actually got married on her dad Neal Cassidy’s birthday, Feb. 8, 1975. She and her husband have one child, Rebecca Elizabeth and 3 grandchildren, Bradley, Elizabeth, and Elliot.
Jami retired after 45 years in dentistry, since January 2015.  She lives in a beautiful coastal village in Northern California.  Jami was born in San Francisco and grew up in Los Gatos. Randy and Jami have been studying the Beat legacy for about 15 years and are now devoted to keeping the Beat Inspiration of the Cassady Estate alive and well. It is truly a remarkable legacy and they are very blessed to be a part of it.
Jami’s parents gave her unlimited access to all aspects of the arts, philosophy, spirituality, literature, dance and painting over the years. 

 She feels also very blessed to be a part of the Cassady Clan with her older sister, Cathy, and her younger brother, John Allen.
